Cancellation policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in a charge for the full cost of the appointment.
Changes should be communicated to the clinic or managed through Cliniko where the relevant booking option is available.
Treatment package expiry
All pre-paid therapy packages and session credits are valid from the date of the first appointment. Any unused sessions remaining after the applicable expiry date will no longer be valid.
- Single-session credit: valid for 1 month
- 5-session package: valid for 3 months
- 10-session package: valid for 6 months
